Accommodations

The Conference Hotel:  Hotel Northampton at 36 King Street, Northampton, Massachusetts (USA) in the scenic Western Massachusetts Pioneer Valley.

Reservations can be made by contacting the Hotel Northampton directly by phone at 1-413-584-3100 or online at http://www.hotelnorthampton.com. Under  group/block special rates, enter the ICTIR 2015 registration code: 092715COMP; those calling should identify yourselves as an ICTIR 2015 attendee to get the conference rate. The room block deadline has been extended to August 31, 2015.

 
Hotel Northampton (conference venue) Rates for ICTIR 2015:

• Sunday, September 27 - Wednesday, September 30: Standard Room Rate (single or double occupancy): $135.99 + 11.7% room tax.
• If flying in to Boston (Logan) or Harford (Bradley) airports, you may also consider staying near the airport on Saturday night. 
• Upgraded rooms (parkside queens, double balcony rooms or balcony rooms) are available: $165.99 to $185.99 + room tax (rate is higher for Sept. 26). For upgraded room reservations, call the hotel directly at 1-413-584-3100; be sure to identify yourself as an ICTIR 2015 attendee.

This conference is being held at the start of "leaf season" here in New England, so hotel rooms may become scarce and more expensive. ICTIR's reduced room rate ended on August 31, 2015. Both the Hotel Northampton and Fairfield Inn still have rooms available for Sept. 27 - 30 (both are currently sold out for Saturday = but check back with the hotel for cancellations).

There is also a room block for the nearby Fairfield Inn & Suites Northampton (115 Conz St., Northampton, MA). The Fairfield Inn is two miles from the Hotel Northampton where the conference is being held. For reservations, contact the Fairfield Inn directly at 1-413-587-9800.
